The idea isn’t to tackle your health one week at a time and hope it sticks—it’s to commit to a full year of showing up for yourself. When you dedicate 20 minutes every day to intentional movement, you’re building habits that last far beyond a challenge or short-term goal.

This movement is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, age, or starting point. It’s about proving to yourself that small, consistent actions add up to massive, life-changing results. By focusing on the long game, 20 for 365 helps you step into the healthiest, strongest version of yourself—inside and out.

My Journey

I've failed at all those "short term" challenges. The idea of just trying something for a week never worked for me. 

Why? Because once the week was over, I didn't continue and I slipped back into old habits. I also knew if I messed up during that week, I could just start again because I wasn't in too deep. 

But I never did start again. 

For years, I’ve struggled with consistency when it comes to my health. My weight has fluctuated by more than 100 pounds over the last two decades, and I’ve failed at almost everything I’ve tried. It’s exhausting and disheartening—and I’ve reached the point where I’m tired of feeling stuck.

But now, I’m ready. Ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start focusing on lasting change.

 

I've committed to myself, every single day, for an entire year.

20 for 365 was born from this realization—that the only way to truly transform my health and my habits is through consistency and intentional action.

 

And I don’t want to do it alone. I want you to join me on this journey, because together, we can build something bigger than just ourselves. We can create real, lasting change.
